Almeda Realty and Appraisal Services is an independent, PRC-licensed real estate appraisal firm. What we do is simple to say and harder to do well: we put an honest, defensible value on a property, and we back it up so the number holds when a bank, the BIR, or a court looks closely.
People come to us for all sorts of reasons: a loan, an estate to settle, a tax question, an insurance policy, a court case, or just wanting to know what a place is really worth before they act. Whatever the reason, the report is built on real market evidence and a proper site inspection, not a figure pulled from the air.
We work nationwide, but our roots are in Cavite. Years of appraising across the province, Metro Manila, and the rest of CALABARZON mean we know the things that actually move value here: which areas flood, which roads add a premium, and what a particular subdivision really sells for.
Every report is signed by Jose Dante Almeda Jr., a PRC-licensed Real Estate Appraiser (License No. 11261) and Licensed Real Estate Broker (No. 33179).
